Lean and Green Winners
With the Lean and Green Award, companies show that they are actively working towards rendering their logistics process more sustainable. It is something to be proud of, after all. The Lean & Green Award is granted on the basis of a written plan, in which concrete CO2 targets for 2012/2015 have been recorded, and CPIs (Critical Performance Indicators) are determined.
The phase following the Award is the Lean and Green Label. The Lean and Green Label is to become the trendsetting label for the logistics sector. This label is currently under development, and leading municipalities will be assigning privileges to the label. Companies and/or municipalities who can prove to have realised their Lean and Green targets, will be eligible for the Lean and Green Label.
